Clinic Summary

Despite the wet weather, the circles, stops and spins kept going inside Kolsun’s arena.  On June 13 and 14 Locke Duce was the clinician for a two day Reining Alberta Clinic;  the first day there were  8 adult riders and  the second day there were 10 Youth riders.

Locke’s expertise and positive feedback inspired all who attended. Locke also donated back to Reining Alberta about $600.00. Lunch and the facility was donated by the Kolsun Family, as well as door prizes were given to all the youth members who attended.  These prizes were donated by Cannon Industries, Michelson Stables the Kolsun Family and Bailey Saddlery.

A Big Thanks to Locke Duce for all of his help and to everyone that attended as well as to everyone that donated money or prizes.

The Youth members also voted on the slogan to go on our Reining Alberta youth T-shirts.  The winning slogan was:

GOT SLIDE * WILL RIDE

Thanks to the members who submitted an idea.

Keep watching for our next CLINIC and please get your youth development forms in.

HAPPY REINING!!
